The aspirants of LIC Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) 2019 can apply until today i.e. March 22, 2019. The online application window will remain active by 11:59 PM at http://www.licindia.in. The Life Insurance Corporation has started the recruitment on March 02, 2019. The candidates can apply for anyone post among Generalist/ IT/ Chartered Accountant/ Actuarial/ Rajbhasha Officer.
For doing the registration the unreserved category candidates (general and OBC) have to pay the application fee is Rs. 600/-, whereas the candidates of SC / ST/ PWD categories have to pay Rs. 100/-. There is only one mode of payment i.e. online, the candidates can use credit/debit/ net banking for making the payment.
The candidates who are in the age bracket of 21 to 30 years, and have completed the graduation can apply for the exam. For IT officer the candidate must have completed the degree with Computer science. For Charted Accountant post the candidate must have completed the Charted Accountancy. The candidates who are in the final year of their degree course can’t fill the form. As per the norms laid down by the LIC the result of the educational qualification must be declared before March 01, 2019.
The selection of the candidates will be done through the preliminary, main and interview examination. The admit card for the LIC AAO 2019 will be issued to the candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment. The LIC will release the admit card on April 22, 2019, and will be available on the website until April 30, 2019.
The preliminary examination for all the post will be the same, but the main examination will be distinct for each of the post. The candidates have to appear for the preliminary examination on May 04, 05, 2019.
For the main examination, the candidates equal to the number 20 times of vacancy for each category will be called. The main exam will be held tentatively on June 28, 2019. The prelims and main examination will be held in online mode.
After the conduction of the prelims and main exam, the qualifiers and shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. At last the final merit list will be generated by the LIC on the basis of marks obtained in prelims, main and interview.
After final selection, the candidates have to serve the probation period of one year initially, which may be extended. There will be a security bond of Rs. 2 Lakhs. The pay scale of the candidates will be Rs. 32795- 1610 –55335– 1745 –62315. The basic pay of Rs. Rs. 32795/- per month. And after adding all the allowances the salary will be approximately Rs 56,000/- per month.
