Last Date To Apply For MAT December 2019 Today, Apply Now! Also, Know What’s Next

Candidates who are still waiting to apply for Management Admission Test (MAT), note that today is the last date for online registration for the computer based test. All India Management Association, AIMA is accepting online registrations for CBT till December 6, 2019, and for a pen and paper mode test the last date to apply was December 5, 2019. 

Prior to this, the last date to register for MAT Dec 2019 PBT was December 1, 2019. But due to the administrative reasons, the date was extended. 

As per the dates announced on the official website of AIMA, for the students who have registered for a pen and paper test, AIMA will conduct the test on December 8, 2019. The exam date schedule for the students of the computer-based test is December 14, 2019.  For both the mode of the exam admit card shall be available on the AIMA website only. As per now, AIMA has made the admit card of pen and paper test (PBT) available for download. And for computer-based test (CBT) admit card will be available from December 10, 2019. 

For downloading the admit card one must visit the official website of AIMA which is aima.in. Under the quick link section on the home page, find the “MAT Dec 2019 PBT Admit Card” link. Select the link and enter the registration number and date of birth to download the admit card for the examination. Moreover, on the releasing date for the CBT admit card, the downloadable link will get activated. 

Management Admission Test is an objective type question paper having in total 200 multiple-choice questions. The paper consists of 5 sections viz language comprehension, intelligence & critical reasoning, mathematical, data analysis and Indian and global environment. The exam takers will get 150 minutes or 2.5 hours to complete the paper. As per the guidelines, candidates have to carry their admit card along with one photo identity proof at the time of examination. 

AIMA conducts this examination 4 times in a year for the admission in the master’s degree course in business administration. One can appear for the test for all the four-time to improve their score and apply to different colleges. Around 600 colleges are associated with it, who accepts the MAT score for the admission in the master’s program. 

Management Aptitude Test is a standardised test for the admission in the MBA program across the colleges around India, since 1988. Through the scores of this exam, many B-schools screen the candidates for the program. Now, the government of India, Ministry of HRD has also approved MAT as a national level test back in 2003. 

Apart from this, those candidates who appeared for the CAT examination 2019 can now check the answer and raise the objection for the same by visiting the official website, iimcat.ac.in. Students can also apply for others admission test like XAT, for which the last date for registration has extended till December 10, 2019.
