Kerela Pareeksha Bhavan invites applications for Kerala Teacher Eligibility (KTET) 2019 November exam. Both notification as well as registration forms are now available at ktet.kerala .gov.in.
The last date to submit online application form is October 3, 2019. After that admit card will be issued on October 25, 2019. Then the exam is in November. KTET I is on November 16, 2019, from 10 am to 12.30 pm. KTET II is on the same day from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. After that KTET III is on November 17, 2019, from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. And finally KTET IV is on November 24, 2019, from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.
Here KTET I, II, III, IV are different papers for different teaching aspirants. Those who wish to, and are eligible to teach classes I to V have to apply online for category 1 paper 1. For classes VI to VIII, apply for category 2 paper 2. Classes VIII to IX teachers have to take take category 3 paper 3. Then category 4 paper 4 is for language teachers in arabic, urdu, sanskrit, hindi up to upper primary level and specialist teachers and physical education teachers.
To register, the first thing a candidate has to do is go to the website ktet.kerela.gov.in and click on ‘New Registration November 2019’. After that, click on new registration and go through the instructions. Keep a scanned copy of your photograph in jpeg/jpg format of dimension 150 pixels by 200 pixels, and size between 20 kb to 30 kb, with name of candidate and date of taking photo at the bottom, with you before applying online.
Now on next page, select your category and enter basic details including exam centre district, name as in SSLC certificate, gender, date of birth, name of father or guardian, religion, category, caste, physical status. You also have to enter aadhaar number, address, mobile number, email ID, SSLC scheme, register number. Then on the same page, you will have to upload photograph.
After that you will have to confirm that your details are correct and then make payment. The application fee for KTET November 2019 is Rs 500, and RS 250 for reserved categories.
Candidates can select more than one papers in the same form. They do not have to submit multiple application forms.
Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test question paper will comprise of 150 multiple choice questions for each of the categories. For each correct answer, 1 marks will be awarded and there is no negative marking.
Those who qualifies KTET exam, will be awarded with Teacher Eligibility Certificate (TTC) by the Secretary, Pareeksha Bhawan, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram on behalf of government of Kerala, after verification of the original educational qualification certificates by the DEO’s concerned. The last KTET exam was held on June 22 and June 29, and its result was announced on August 29. Now less than one month later, the next KTET details have been announced.
