Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal has started the JEMAT 2019 Registration. Interested and eligible candidates for MBA/MHA can fill the application form until 26 May. The forms are available at the WBUT JEMAT website, jemat.examflix.in. This year, the university has changed the official website from jemat.eadmissions.net.
The JEMAT 2019 Application Form process is partially online and partially offline. First, candidates need to visit the official website and click on “Apply Online”. In the new window, fill the essential details like programme (MBA/MHA), exam city preference, name, gender, category, email, phone number, etc. After the successful registration, applicants will receive the registration number and password via Email or SMS.
Then upload the photograph and signature in the proper format. The extension of the images must be JPG or JPEG. The size of the colored photograph must be 20kb- 50kb. For signature, candidates must scan the signature signed with blue/black pen on the white sheet. The maximum size limit for the signature image must be between 10kb-20kb. After uploading the documents, candidates must check if the images are clear and visible.
In the penultimate step, candidates must check all the details and submit the JEMAT 2019 Application Form. Lastly, pay the exam fee via online payment gateway only. The application fee for the general category is Rs 600/- and Rs 300/- for the reserved category. Keep the copy of fee payment proof until the application of the admission process.
Candidates have to submit the hard copy of the application form to the university address. Also, send the payment proof, qualification certificates, reservation certificates(if applicable), sponsorship certificate(if applicable). Also, candidates must make sure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria. According to it, a candidate must have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree and valid JEMAT / CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT. The exam date scheduled for this year is 02 June 2019.
The admit card for JEMAT 2019 will be available 28 May. As the exam approaching near, candidates must start the exam preparation. As per the exam pattern, the test has 100 questions to be attempted in 120 minutes. The pen and paper-based test have the marking scheme of 1 mark for each question. There is also a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. The paper has three sections naming English, Mathematics, and Logical Reasoning with 40, 40, and 20 questions.
