Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh has notified that JEECUP 2019 Admit Card is going to be issued online on May 18, 2019. Registered candidates can download their admit card bu online mode only at jeecup.nic.in. The admit card for JEECUP 2019 is going to be made available at the Candidate Login. The UP Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE(P)-2019) is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2019.
To download JEECUP Admit Card, candidates need to visit the official website at jeecup.nic.in. On the homepage of the website, click on the “Admit card download” button. Next, the candidates have to log in by entering their application number and password. Submit the login details and then download the admit card. Finally, take a print out of the JEECUP 2019 Admit Card to carry it on the day of the test.
The admit card is going to be issued for Group A to K online. It will consist of details like candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, exam date, report timings, address of the test center, candidate’s photo, signature, etc. After downloading the UP Polytechnic Admit Card, candidates should check that the details printed on it matches with the information provided by the candidates in the JEECUP application form. In case, if there is any discrepancy in the detail(s) printed on the admit card, contact the Council immediately for necessary action.
On the day of the test, candidates have to carry 02 print out of the JEECUP Admit Card with details printed clearly on it. Furthermore, candidates need to bring their with them a cardboard or a clipboard on which nothing should be written so that they have no difficulty in filling responses in the Answer Sheet even if the tables provided in the examination room/hall do have a smooth surface. Also, carry a valid id proof such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License and a black/ blue ball point pen.
Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, Calculators, Docu Pen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, and Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, and bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other device, etc inside the exam hall. Also, no candidate will be allowed to carry any baggage inside the Examination Center.
JEECUP is a state level entrance exam conducted by Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh every year. It is conducted for admission to Diploma Course of such Polytechnic / Institution which are affiliated to Polytechnic / Institute of Technical Education Council. It is a 03 hours duration test. For every correct answer, 04 (four) marks are given and ¼ (one fourth) marks i.e. 1 (one) mark will be deducted for indicating incorrect response of each question.
