JEECUP 2019 Registration Begins from 20 December; Exam to be held on 28 Apr 2019 for All Groups

JEECUP 2019 Registration

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh is going to release the Application Form for JEECUP 2019 on December 20, 2018. The students who wish to apply for this State level entrance examination, will be able to register for the entrance exam at the website, jeecup.nic.in. 

The exam conducting body also released the JEECUP 2019 Information Brochure on December 18, 2018. The candidates must go through the information brochure to familiarize themselves with the eligibility criteria, exam pattern, etc. 

JEECUP 2019 Application Form Date

The JEEC-UP is not going to release any Offline Application form for the candidates, Hence, to appear for the entrance exam, the first step for the candidates is to register for the entrance exam, fill in details and submit the form by online mode only. To register for JEECUP 2019, the candidates need to visit the official website of the exam. Then, click on the link which says “Registration Here for JEECUP 2019”. On clicking this link, the registration page will appear on the screen. Now, to register online, the candidates need to provide details such as Aadhaar Number, Applicant’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, etc. 

Once the aspirants have successfully registered for UP Polytechnic 2019, they can then proceed to fill in details in the UP Polytechnic 2019 Form. In the Online application form, the students will have to provide their Persoanl Information, Academic Qualification Details, etc. 

The third step in the JEECUP 2019 Application process is to upload the scanned images in the Online Application. As per the information provided on the official website, the students will have to upload scanned images of their passport size photograph (3.5cm x 4.5cm), signature (3.5cm x 1.5cm), and thumb impression (3.5cm x 1.5cm)in the JEECUP 2019 Online Application.  

The photograph should be colored with the name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph printed on it. All the images which are to be uploaded should be in JPEG format. The file size for the photograph is 4KB to 40KB, whereas, for Signature and Thumb impression, the file size should be 1KB to 30KB. 

On successful completion of Step 1, 2 and 3, the candidates can then proceed for payment through net banking/Debit card/Credit card/e-challan. To submit the JEECUP 2019 Application Form, a candidate has to pay an amount of Rs. 300 in case of General/ OBC category, and Rs. 200 in case of SC/ ST. 

Finally, after the payment of the examination fee is done, the aspirants can take a printout of confirmation. It is advised that you should retain the confirmation page safe for future.  

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) conducts a state level entrance examination, known by, Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance  Examination (Polytechnic). The entrance exam for the academic session 2019 is going to be held on April 28, 2019, in two shifts. Shift 1 is from 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM for Group A- (Engineering/Technology Diploma Course, and Shift 2 is from 02:30 PM – 05:30 PM for Group B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I and K1 to K8- (Other Courses). The entrance examination is held for admission to Diploma Course of such Polytechnic / Institution in the state of UP.
