JEE Main 2021 Registration Ends In 2 Days; NEET 2021 Date Still Unknown

While the registrations for JEE Main 2021 is closing on 16th Jan 2021, the NTA is yet to start the registrations for NEET 2021

The online registration process of JEE Main 2021 is already ongoing at jeemain.nta.nic.in from December 16, 2021. The registration process is scheduled to close in 2 days time i.e. on January 16, 2021. On the other hand, there is no official announcement of the NEET 2021 exam date or application process on the website ntaneet.nic.in. As per statements given by the Education Minister to India TV, the exam date for NEET PG 2021 is expected to be announced by January 20 to 25, 2021. Based on this, the application process is also expected to commence shortly.

Both of the aforementioned entrance examinations are conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Earlier, JEE Main was conducted twice a year while the NEET examination was conducted once every year. It has already been confirmed through official notice that the JEE Main 2021 is to be held in four sessions in February, March, April and May 2021. On the other hand, as per statements received from the Education Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, the NEET 2021 exam may be held twice in 2021.

In their own interest, candidates are advised to visit the respective official websites for the latest updates about these examinations. The JEE Main examination is conducted for admission to UG courses in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Architecture & Planning in NITs, IIITs and CFTIs of the country. On the other hand, the NEET exam is conducted for UG Medical Admissions in courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS etc.

How to apply for JEE Main 2021?

As mentioned here, the JEE Main 2021 application process is closing in 2 days time. As such, candidates who are yet to fill up the application form must hurry up and complete the online registration and form fill up process as soon as possible. The entire process is conducted at the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

After opening the aforementioned website for JEE Main 2021 registrations, candidates have to click on “Apply For JEE Main 2021” and click on “New Registration”. Candidates must fill up the registration form by entering the correct details including a valid email ID and mobile number. A password must also be set by the applicants for registration.

Once the registration process is completed, candidates can fill up the application form online by logging in with the Application Number & Password. Besides, candidates have to upload scanned images of latest passport-sized photograph & signature on the JEE Main 2021 application form and deposit the application fee. Candidates are advised to read the official information brochure carefully for the complete details of application process, fee amount, eligibility criteria etc.

How to apply for NEET 2021?

Details of the NEET 2021 Application Process are expected to release very soon at the website ntaneet.nic.in. Expectations are that the application process is going to remain unchanged from the previous year exam. Last year, the process was conducted entirely online at the official website mentioned above.

Candidates have to register first at the official website specified here. Registered candidates are given an Application Number using which, one can log in to fill up the application form, upload scanned copies of latest photograph, signature, LTI and pay the fees online. Interested candidates are advised to keep a close eye on the official website for declaration of the exam dates and release of the application form.
