JEE Main 2021 4 Days Left To Apply

The last date to apply for JEE Main 2021 is approaching. Registration deadline for the Joint Entrance Examination Mains is January 16, 2021, which is only four days away. However for those who successfully register, the deadline to pay fee is January 17, 2021. Online application form link is active at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

One the registration process concludes, the correction window will be opened. NTA will provide the correction facility for the February session forms, from January 19 to 21, 2021.

The National Testing Agency is effectively providing exactly one month for registrations, having began the JEE Main 2021 registration process on December 16, 2020.

Requests for form filling deadline extension are expected to start pouring in soon. However this time, it is less likely that any extension in dates be provided, considering the tight schedule for NTA to conduct JEE Mains four times this time.

NTA is slated to start the JEE Main 2021 correction window within 3 days of the last date to apply. Candidates can then make changes in their particulars on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.  Students must note that this facility shall only be valid for the JEE Main 2021 February session. Subsequently, authorities shall release the exam admit cards either in the second week of February, or on February 14, 2021 on the website itself.

Candidates have the option to either apply for one session or more than one session of JEE Main 2021. There are four sessions scheduled in the months of February, March, April and May. Subsequently, candidates have to pay the application fee depending on the number of sessions that they have selected. Moreover, students can apply for one session i.e., February and apply for the remaining sessions later.

Candidates are instructed to fill the application form carefully to avoid any discrepancies. No changes in the form shall be entertained after the closure of the correction period. Details like candidate’s name, address details, PwD status, education details, etc will be deemed final after the correction period. Moreover, corrections sent through fax, WhatsApp, email, etc will not be accepted. NTA shall re-open the application facility for a short period for the next session after declaring the results of the previous session. The JEE Main 2021 May exam shall be the last examination for this year.
