Need a clarification. My son is in 10th now and will be writing 10th board in March 2019. He want to join iiit /nit after 12th. So planning to go for jee main coaching. He is academically doing well. Is jee main coaching for iiit admission after two years will be a ideal choice? Pls suggest
Yes….it will be the best choice
My son has written in jan 19 and he does not want to write the 2nd time as he says he will not be able to better his performance.
Whether his marks obtained in jan will be enough to rank him.???Kindly clarify.
There is no harm in taking the April attempt, you see. There are chances he can better his performance, even if he doesn’t, the January exam scores will be considered. In a nutshell, the best score out both the attempt’s score will be used for admission. You lose nothing if you appear again, only you can gain, if your scores improve! All the best!!
Well jee main can be cleared by taking postal coaching, on line coaching also. Regular off line coaching trains thoroughly but it is hectic, expensive and sometimes confusing also. Students who go to jee coaching like fitjee, aakash, narayana, Allen usually join as eary as in class 9.so they get used to the hectic study process by the time they are in class 12.many students can not cope up with school and coaching institute. Pressure when they join after class 10.But yes if the school is ready to co-operate , and make no issues regarding attendance assignment completion etc etc then possibly you can try for a coaching institute with weekend classes.
