As per the newspaper reports, National Testing Agency (NTA) is releasing the CMAT 2019 Result today. Candidates who took the all India national level computer-based test on January 28 & 29, 2019 will able to download CMAT result from natacmat.nic.in. NTA gives two options to download the scorecard. First, login via application number & password and the second is application number & password.
The news that the result will release on February 06, 2019 is as per the information from various national newspapers. According to them, the CMAT 2019 Result will be declared today by 5 pm. The media sources has also quoted DG NTA Vineet Joshi as their official source. However, no confirmation as such is available on the official website. As per the official brochure, the result will be announced latest by February 08, 2019.
Previously, it was reported that the result would announce on February 05, 2019. But later it came to notice that the CMAT 2019 result could not be released on 05 Feb due to some technical errors. So looking at this, nothing can be said for sure now. Thus, the result can release either today or latest by February 08, 2019.
As per social media platforms, students were frustrated that uncertain date regarding the result had wasted their day. Due to the reports, candidates got curious to know the result and kept on refreshing the official website. In the end, all went in Vain. So, students who are still waiting for the result, it is advisable that keep preparing for the Group Discussion & Personal Interview rounds and do not get confused with frequent changes in the result date. Whenever the result will be updated, candidates will able to check it on the NTA website.
Due to the unconfirmed news, the hype was created yesterday. Moreover, it was highly expected that result to announce on 05 Feb. Looking at the pattern followed in other exams conducted by NTA, it releases the result exactly four days after the announcement of official answer key (01 Feb for CMAT). Now, it seems that the exam conducting body will take a few hours more before finally announcing the CMAT 2019 Result.
Once the result is announced, it will be available in the PDF format. It will contain the sectional scores of a candidate. Also, it is expected that the NTA score will also release. It is similar to the percentile secured in other national level examinations. On the basis of NTA scores, candidates will able to participate in the selection process of CMAT accepting B-schools. There are over 1000 management institutes which accept CMAT scores.
