Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has released the IIFT 2019 Scorecard on January 24, 2019. Candidates who have appeared for the December 02, 2018 examination can check the result on the official website. The IIFT scorecard has been available in the separate link present at iift.edu. It is downloadable using the seven-digit roll number and date of birth. Earlier, IIFT released the list of students shortlisted for Personal Interview round. Now, the scorecard is available for all the students appeared for the test.
In the IIFT Scorecard 2019, candidates can check the sectional cut-off and marks obtained in each section. Candidates who have cleared the overall and sectional cut-off are only eligible to appear for the next round of selection process. This year the cut-off is slightly more for general & SC category and less for others categories from the previous year. For the academic session 2019-21, the overall cut-off is 32.25, 22.25, 20.26, 22.25, and 27.25 for General, SC, ST, PH, and OBC (NCL) respectively.
Students who are selected for the next round importantly take the print out of the result. During the GDPI rounds, it is necessary to take academic certificates, extra-curricular certificates, IIFT Result, admit card etc. The complete list of the documents will be sent to candidates on their registered email-id later.
Shortlisted candidates have already received the CV form that needs to be submitted before January 28, 2019. The interview rounds will start from February 11 and will continue until February 24, 2019. The second round of the selection process will conduct at Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Lucknow and Mumbai.
The CV form consists of the Career focus and Material traits. Candidates must write answers as such they are explainable during the interview round. Give honest & genuine answers and word-limit should not exceed 100 words. The interviewer may ask the questions on the basis of CV form, academic background, work experience etc.
Apart from the interview, IIFT selection process includes Written Ability Test (WAT) and Group Discussion. WAT topics can be abstract, knowledge-based or general knowledge. Candidates have to write on the given topic in 20-30 minutes in the available worksheet only. The word limit is generally 300 to 400 words. In the GD round, a group of 8-10 students will get a topic to discuss within the time limit. Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their leadership skills, communication skills and the validity of the points.
The final result for the IIFT Admission 2019 in MBA (International Business) will release by the fourth week of March or in the first week of April 2019. Selected candidates will get the offer letter on their registered email-id mentioning the admission details and fee structure.
