TEE June 2017 result has been announced by Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) today. IGNOU had held Term End Examination in the month of June 2017. Students enrolled in the University can check their result at ignou.ac.in.

The first thing that students need to know is that the result can be checked only using Enrolment Number. Every student has a unique Enrolment Number of 9 digits and contains only numerals. There are two steps involved in checking result: Go to the IGNOU TEE Results-June 2017 link, Enter 9 digit enrolment number and click on submit. Check here IGNOU TEE June 2017 Result. The result displays on screen and can be printed for reference. A caveat on the website says that in the event any student has been booked under unfair means then the result of that student is cancelled.

IGNOU had conducted Term End Examinations from June 1, 2017 to June 21, 2017. Result for all programs has been announced on August 11, 2017. There are a plethora of courses which are taught at IGNOU, which is recognized as one of the largest open universities in India. Students from varied cities enrol in it to pursue programs of their choice. The exams are of 2 hours, one and half hour, two and half hour duration depending upon the program.

Such students can appear for the term end examination whose registration for courses at IGNOU is valid and not time barred. They must have submitted assignments by deadlines wherever applicable. A minimum time as prescribed by the university must have lapsed as per provision of the program. Examination fee must also have been paid. Result declared for IGNOU exams only if these conditions are fulfilled.

The university holds term end exams twice in a year. The first one happens in June and second one is in December. Now that June TEE is over, next December 2017 Term End Examination will be held. IGNOU TEE December 2017 is expected to be held from first to last week of December. Date sheet will be available by mid-November. Admit card will be issued a little while before the exam.

There is also provision for improving TEE marks through IGNOU improvement exams. Candidates who are not satisfied with their scores can apply for improvement as per rules prescribed by IGNOU. There is a separate form for this which usually releases a few weeks after results. The usual norm is that students who fall short of 2% marks to secure 1st or 2nd division can apply for improvement exam. Specific application fee that is usually Rs 500 has to be paid for this. Exact details of improvement exams can be checked from the official website.

  1. My worst decision of life for doing BCA from IGNOU, I just attracted because I want to do BCA not interested in BTECH CS. At that time if I had knowledge that BCA IGNOU and BTecth CS syllabus is same then I definitely gone for BTech. Problem with IGNOU is that u r not eligible for top Indian IT companies like TCS etc. I have 7 years exp in IT having good knowledge in my field still I am not eligible for good top companies because my graduation is from IGNOU even though my MCA is regular from UPTU they not consider my profile. I came across some well exp guys working in TCS, don’t know about basics of my field still he is working in TCS n also exp of onsite …great. he was asking solution from us..lolzz.

  2. Deepak Singh ji, same I think like u. I have completed B.Tec on 2015. I am not getting any good opportunity due to only IGNOU. When I joined and think it’s a worldwide university. Everybody’s knows about IGNOU but it’s not like that. IGNOU or Education minister will think about this type of distance education for future of candidate.

  3. where are the results, admissions last date is 18th, and i on the other hand have’nt got result of a single subject. I mean what is the logic in this , in which institution results are declared one by one , is the authority trying to provide results in installments. Well, why dont you take exams in installments, one subject per month, how’s that for a change?

  4. I had completed my bdp ie, BA English from IGNOU…. Am thinking to do SSC exams … Am afraid that whether I can get a government job…. Is it difficult to get a govt job as am having BA from IGNOU…

    • That’s OK that doesn’t matters weather u having completed ur degree from ignou or from other university the thing matters is ur knowledge
