Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is closing the OPENMAT Registration for July Session on February 14, 2019. Candidates must register and submit the application form before the last day. The forms to apply for the second session of OPENMAT are available at ignou.ac.in. The application fee is Rs 1000/- for all the candidates. Candidates who had not applied for OPENMAT XLIV must not miss the opportunity to apply for OPENMAT XLV. Students can also re-apply to improve their scores from the last session.
The application forms for OPENMAT 2019 release online only. There is no provision to fill the form in offline mode. Moreover, candidates have to register first with email id and mobile number before filling the application form. After the successful registration, test takers need to fill programme, personal, educational, work experience, and correspondence details. Finally, upload the necessary documents and submit the application form.
Before the final submission of OPENMAT 2019 Form, candidates must make sure that all the entered details are correct. Post submission or during the admission process, there will be no changes and the form could be rejected also. Importantly, candidates must ensure that category and educational details are authentic.
In the last session, some technical errors occurred on the official website in the concluding days of the registration process. Due to which candidates were not able to submit the application form. However, the last date to apply was extended by three days. So, in case, candidates have already filled their XLV forms then do not delay in submitting it. The last date to apply for OPENMAT XLV may or may not extend.
Once the application process completes, the university will release the hall ticket in the first week of March 2019. Looking at the previous session patterns, it usually releases 6-7 days before the exam. So, it is expected that OPENMAT 2019 (XLV) Admit Card will publish on March 04, 2019. On the exam day, it is important to carry a copy of admit card, identity proof, and stationery material.
The OPENMAT 2019 XLV session has been scheduled to conduct on March 10, 2019. The exam will be a pen and paper-based test. It includes 200 questions that need to be attempted in 180 minutes. Each question carries a weight-age of 1 marks and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The paper is divided into four sections naming logical reasoning, quantitative ability, English language, and general awareness.
Previously, the OPENMAT XLV result was announced on February 01, 2019. It mentioned the qualifying status of candidates. Such students have to submit the admission form until February 25, 2019. Students who will clear the document verification round will able to take admission in this current semester.
