IES 2019: For the First Time UPSC Allows Withdraw Option to Candidates

Recently a revolutionary step is taken by Union Public service Commission (UPSC). Now UPSC has allowed the aspirants to withdraw their applications. This movement will bring the revolution in the Indian Engineering Service aspirant’s life. Now the candidate’s one attempt will not be spoiled if he/she is not prepared for the exam. The candidates are allowed to withdraw their application after 07 days of the deadline.

This move has been notified in the notice of Engineering Services Exam 2019. 02 days ago on September 26, UPSC released the notification of IES 2019 Exam at upsc.gov.in. Along with this, the application process of Indian Engineering Service has begun on the very same day.

The span for submitting the application form is 27 days. The candidates have to submit their applications till October 22, 2018.

Condition of Withdrawing Application Form

There is only one condition to withdraw the application. The application form should not be incomplete. An incomplete application form can’t be withdrawal as that will not be acceptable by UPSC. Only those forms which are correctly submitted by the candidates are allowed for withdrawing.
