ICSI, after conducting CS Foundation exams on 29th and 30th December, has announced result on 21st February at 11 AM. The foundation course is pursued by students after class 12th, and marks the first stage in becoming a Company Secretary. Those who qualify as per result of CS Foundation Dec 2017 can register for next stage that is CS Executive.
ICSI Result 2017 for CS Foundation December Exam announcement includes three things. First of all, candidates can view result and download e-mark sheet.
Other than that the institute has released top 3 rank holders of Foundation programme.
In addition, the third thing is the all India provisional merit list that contains list of top 25 rank holders who have passed all papers of computer based examination for Foundation Programme without exemption in any paper in one sitting in December 2017.

ICSI has released merit position on basis of marks obtained by candidates in exam. Only those candidates are declared to have qualified CS Foundation exam who obtain at one sitting a minimum of forty per cent marks in each subject and fifty per cent marks in the aggregate of all the subjects.
If a candidate appeared in all subjects for which he or she was enrolled and got sixty per cent marks or above in any subject, but failed, will be able to qualify in next exam if he/she gets forty per cent marks in each remaining subject and fifty per cent marks in the aggregate of the remaining subjects at one sitting within the next three following examinations.
