Institutes of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will announce the result of CA final (old and new course), CA Foundation and CPT by January 23, 2019. So, all those candidates who have appeared for the respective exams held in November or December 2018 hold your breaths. With the day and date, time of the result has also confirmed. ICAI will make the availability of the result around 6:00 pm.
On January 11, 2019 ICAI has released an official notice for the same on its website- icai.org. As per the notice Chartered Accountant (CA) Final, Foundation and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) result will be declared by the fourth week of January. Along with this, the institute will also release the merit list upto 50 rank holders of CA Final and Foundation only. Candidates will able to check all these on the websites- icaiexam.icai.org, caresults.icai.org, icai.nic.in.
For the convenience of the candidates ICAI will also send the desired result through emails on the respective mail id of the candidates. But to avail, this facility candidates first register their requests on icaiexam.icai.org from January 19, 2019. So, all those who successfully registered will receive the result through emails immediately by the declaration of the result.
To access the result online candidates need to enter their registration number or pin number along with the roll number received at the time of applying for the examinations.
Apart through email, another facility of checking the result through SMS will also available for the students. As per the information through notice India Times will going to avail of this facility for the desirous candidates.
To check the result through SMS candidates of Final Examination (Old course) need to enter CAFNLNEW (space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit Final examination roll number). Similarly, for Foundation Examination candidates need to enter CAFND (Space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit Foundation examination roll number) and for CPT enter CACPT (space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit CPT examination roll number). After correctly mention the text on the mobile phones send it to 58888 for the India Times mobile services.
