So, finally the wait is over for many students who were eagerly waiting for the dates on which the exam will be conducted. Well here it is, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has announced the dates for Intermediate (IPC) and Final examination November 2017. Note down the dates and start your preparation now. It seems you have a lot of time to prepare but any candidate who really wants to clear the entrance exam will start preparing without waiting for the examination dates to be released. The entrance exam will be conducted in around 172 centres across India. Note down the dates and start preparing accordingly. The following exams will start at the afternoon session i.e., 2.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M.

Intermediate examination for Group I will be held on the following dates: November 2, 5, 7, 9 2017, whereas for Group II the intermediate examination will be on November 11, 13 and 15, 2017.  The Final Examination for Group 1 will start from November 1, 3, 6 and 8, 2017. As for Group II the final examination will be held on November 10, 12, 14 and 16, 2017.

Other than these the council of Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants announced the dates for Post Qualification Course which are Management Accountancy Course (MAC) Part – I, Corporate Management Course (CMC) Part – I, Tax Management Course (TMC) Part – I, Insurance and Risk Management (IRM), and International Trade Laws and World Trade Organisation (ITL & WTO), International Taxation-Assessment Test (INTT-AT) examinations (which are open to the members of the Institute).  The centres for Post qualification course will be in India only. Now let’s take a look on the ICAI Date Sheet Nov 2017 on which exam will be conducted for the above mentioned courses.

For GROUP 1 of MAC Part – I, CMC Part – I, TMC Part – I examination will be conducted on the following dates November 10 and 12, 2017. For Group II the examination dates are November 14 and 16, 2017.

IRM Examination for modules I to IV will commence from November 10, 12, 14 and 16, 2017. For ITL & WTO Examination of Group A will start from November 2, 5 and 7, 2017. For Group B of ITL and WTO the exams dates are November 9, 11 and 13, 2017. INTT-AT Examination Paper I will be conducted on November 10, 2017 and Paper II will be conducted on November 12, 2017.

For admission to Intermediate (IPC) and Final examinations require to apply online at from August 4, 2017 to August 25, 2017 and can cancel the examination fee online by using either VISA or MASTER Credit / Debit Card. However, candidates wilh have  to remit additional Rs 600/- towards late fee (for Domestic & Kathmandu centres) and US$ 10 (for Overseas centres) in case the application online is made after August 25, 2017 and upto September 1, 2017.

Whereas the procedure for application forms for Post Qualification Course is different from the one mentioned above. You will need to fill the form in paper based only which will cost Rs 100/- per application form. The forms that are to filled by paper based will also be available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained therefrom on cash payment on or from August 4, 2017. Further note that the application forms for the Post Qualification Course that are completed will be received only at the New Delhi office of the Institute. The fees for the following can be paid by Demand Draft only payable at New Delhi only. The demand draft should be drawn in the favour of  The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Additional information for the candidates who have applied for IPC and Final Exams. Such candidates will be allowed to opt for Hindi Language as the medium for answering the papers. For the Post Qualification Course candidates, the medium of answering the question will be English only. The centre of examination for IPC and Final Examination will be in various states of India and overseas at Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kathmandu, Muscat.
