Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has declared the SO Main Result 2018 on February 06, 2019 late in the evening. The result has been made available at the official website i.e. ibps.in. For checking the result applicants need to mention the registration Number / roll Number and date of birth / password on the login page. The result has been declared for the IBPS SO Main Examination 2018 which was conducted on January 27, 2019.
The candidates who have appeared in the main examination now can check their IBPS SO 2018 Result 2018. Up to February 12, 2019, the main result will be displayed on the site. The candidates who have qualified the minimum passing scores those name and roll number will be there in the result. After checking the result candidates should download it or take the print out of it for future reference.
The candidates who qualified the mains examination those will be called for the next round i.e. Interview by the participating organizations and coordinated by Nodal Banks of each UT/State with the help of IBPS. The shortlisted candidates will be issued the IBPS SO Call Letter and in that candidates are informed about the interview center, venue, time and date.
The Interview will be of total 100 marks. The general and SC/ST/PWD/OBC category candidates will have to score the minimum 40% and 35% marks respectively in order to qualify interview. On the day of the Interview, candidates will need to carry the Printout of interview call letter and application form, birth certificate, photo id proof, 10 and 12th certificate, other higher educational certificates, caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC), disability certificate (for PWD), discharge letter (for ex-serviceman), NOC (for working candidates) etc.
After the successful conduction of the Interview, the result for that will be declared. The candidates who will qualify the IBPS SO Interview those will be temporarily allotted to the participating organization namely Allahabad Bank, Canara Bank, Indian Bank, Syndicate Bank, Andhra Bank, Central Bank of India, India Overseas Bank, UCO Bank etc. The allotment will be based on the merit-cum-preference. If in case the candidates will score same marks then the applicant whose age will be older that will be given the preference.
The candidates who will be finally selected for the applied post those will be given approximately INR 30000-38000 cash in hand plus perks, allowance and other benefits. The perks, allowance and other benefits will vary from bank to bank.
