Through the IBPS RRB admit card 2017, an applicant is informed about test center where he has to sit for the exam. It is advised that one visits the assigned test center well before the date of exam so as to be aware of the route to reach it on time on exam day. An unknown location often leads to confusion on day of exam, leading to reaching late on that day and thus being unable to attend the paper.
