Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH or HBSE) has released some important notifications related to the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2019. The board has published lists of candidates who have made duplicate registrations in level 1, 2, and 3. And conveyed what these candidates need to do next.
First of all, all candidates who have applied for the state level teacher eligibility test should go to bseh.org.in and check for the lists under what’s new section. They are mentioned as “duplicate registration regarding level-3 HTET exam November 2019”, “duplicate registration regarding level-2 HTET exam November 2019”, “duplicate registration regarding level-3 HTET exam November 2019”.
If their name, REID is in the list, then they have to download the document titled “undertaking regarding HTET exam November 2019” and fill it. Then they have to submit the proforma with confirmation page, identity proof mentioned in the form, in room number 28 of the board headquarters, personally, between November 4, 2019, to November 6, 2019. Candidates can also email these to htetonline2019@gmail.com.
Those who are in the list, and do not carry out these steps will be automatically rejected.
As per the HTET 2019 information brochure, admit card will be available for download at htetonline.com from November 8, 2019. Eligible candidates who do not find admit card on the website can get in touch with the special exam cell of the board’s office in Bhiwani after November 8, 2019 during officer hours that is 9 am to 5 pm.
In order to download the admit cards, candidates will need to login with registration number and password. Both the details should be kept safely by applicant. Nevertheless, in the event that one forgets either, they can get them from the login page by accessing the forgot registration number and forgot password links.
Under any circumstances, admit card will not be sent by post.
BSEH will conduct HTET 2019 level 1 exam on November 17, 2019, from 3 pm to 5.30 pm. Level 2 exam on the same date from 10 am to 12.30 pm. And level 3 exam will be held on November 16, 2019, from 3 pm to 5.30 pm. Level 1 exam is for primary teachers to teach classes I to V, level 2 for TGT teachers for classes VI to VIII, and level 3 is for PGT lecturer.
The lists of duplicate candidates contain 26 entries in the level 1 list, 38 in level 2 list, and 32 entries in level 3 list. Thus, as can be seen, not too many candidates have committed the blunder of submitting their applications more than once.
On the assigned exam dates, candidates need to reach the centers at least 2 hours before exam. The board has instructed all test takers to carry HTET admit card and confirmation page. They will also have to paste the same photo and put the same signature as uploaded in form.
The HTET is applicable on all schools of the state government, local authority referred to in the service rules and also sub clause (i) of clause (n) of section 2 of the RTE Act 2009, and schools referred to in the sub clause (ii) of clause (n) of the RTE Act in Haryana.
