Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad has informed that it will conduct written exam for the post of ABRC recruitment on August 17, 2019, and that for BRP recruitment on August 18, 2019. Candidates who have applied for Assistant Block Resource Coordinator or Block Resource Coordinator can download their admit cards from August 12, 2019.
Candidates will be able to download ABRC, BRP exam admit cards from recruitment-portal.in by logging in with registration number and password. Those who have forgotten password can reset it by submitting father’s name and mother’s name.
On the scheduled exam date, ABRC exam will be held as an objective type test of 2 hours. It will contain questions divided in sections namely general knowledge, mental ability (reasoning and quantitative technique), child development and psychology, Hindi and English of matric level. Overall the paper will be of 100 marks.
Likewise there will be written exam with objective and subjective questions for BRPs. There will be a 50 marks test of 1 hour on general knowledge, mental ability (reasoning and quantitative), child development and psychology, Hindi and English of matric level. Also there will be a 50 marks test of 1 hour on Hindi, English, mathematics, science and social science of graduation and post graduation level .
In the ABRC exam as well as BRP exam, SC and ST candidates must score at least 45%, and others should score at least 50%.
For BRP, there will also be a qualifying test regarding IT skills and use of new technologies as tools for learning; this will have 30 MCQs of 30 marks. Minimum qualifying score in it will be 33%.
For the purpose of selection for Assistant Block Resource Coordinator, weightage is given to eight factors. These factors and their respective weightages are 10+2 (5 weightage), graduation (10 weightage), post graduation (25 weightage), B.Ed / M.Phil / UGC NET (5 weightage), experience in computer in microsoft office including excel access powerpoint in govt department (5 weightage). Thus total based on academic score gets weightage of 50, and written test weightage is 50.
Likewise there are different factors that add up to selection for Block Resource Person. They are 10+2 (10 weightage), graduation (10 weightage), post graduation (25 weightage), other qualification (2 weightage for B.Ed/M.Ed, 1 for M.Phil in related subject, 2 for PhD in related subject). Just like for ABRC, in BRP also 50 marks weightage goes for academic score and 50 for written test.

HSSPP had released notification for ABRC recruitment for 1207 vacancies, and BRP recruitment for 429 vacancies, on June 15. Last date to apply was July 4. It was later decided that widows, legally separated women, divorcee women, women deserted by their husbands, un-married women can also apply through the CDAC portal recruitment-portal.in upto August 10, yesterday, 5 pm. Last date to pay fee is August 12, 2019.
