The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary exams for class 12th commenced yesterday on March 4, 2022. The students attended their 2nd paper set forth by the board. The paper was for a duration of three hours and took place from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. The exam was for a total of 80 marks. The students are required to score a minimum of 35 marks to qualify the exam.

HSC Hindi 2022 – Question Paper Breakdown
The written exam was conducted for 80 marks and the rest 20 marks were assigned for oral tests. The paper consisted of 5 sections. The first two sections included 20 marks each, the third for 10 marks, section four for 20, and section five for 10 marks. Questions were asked from comprehension, passage, supplementary reading, and composition. These were further categorized into stories, poems, letter-writing, essay-writing, precis-writing, and grammar.
The first section consisting of classroom lessons for 20 marks was distributed over of 4 parts, 3 parts carrying 6 marks weightage and 1 part carrying 2 marks. The second section consisting of poems for a total of 20 marks consisted of three questions carrying 6 marks each and one 2 mark question. Section three was based on rapid reading for 10 marks. It consisted of one 6 mark and one 2 mark question. Section four had a long answer question for 20 marks. The last section of the paper was grammar for 10 marks which consisted of 5 questions carrying 2 marks each.
