The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced that they will declare the result of Gujarat Board class 12th students tomorrow, at 8 am. The results will be available online on the official websites of the board, gseb.org and result.gseb.org. After the declaration of results, students who have registered for class 12th exams of Gujarat state will be able to check their scorecards online.
The Gujarat Class 12th exams were earlier scheduled for April however, later these were scrapped following the state government orders amid the second wave of the COVID-19. The state government later formulated new criteria for the evaluation of marks. Over 5 lakh students of Arts & Commerce and 1.40 lakh students of the Science stream have been evaluated in the GSEB 12th results.
GSEB 12th Result 2021 Date and Time are July 17, 2021, and 8 AM respectively. Students of Arts, Science, Commerce streams will be able to check their results in the morning at gseb.org.
The results will be declared on the policy where the total of 100 marks will be divided by giving weightage to class 10th, 11th and class 12th unit tests/ internals. The board has decided to give the highest weightage of 50% to Class 10th score and 25% each to internal and unit tests of class 11 and 12.
How to check GSEB 12th result 2021?
The result of Gujarat class 12th students will be announced on the websites gseb.org and result.gseb.org. In order to check, students have to first visit any of the official websites mentioned. Then, they have to find the official link of the Class 12th Result 2021 for their respective stream i.e Arts/ Commerce/ Science. Therein they have to enter their roll number, password, and other required details and hit the submit button. The result status along with the marks will appear in the new window. Those candidates who find any issue in the mark sheet or any other discrepancy can raise the same in front of the Gujarat Board for rectification.
After the result card appears on the window, all students will have to download and take a printout of the same. The scorecard comprises a lot of details i.e. candidate’s name, roll number, marks obtained in each subject, result status, total marks, and final remarks.

Students who are not satisfied with the results will stand a chance to further appear for the Compartment, supplementary exams that will be held later this year.
Earlier, the class 12th exams were supposed to be held in April this year, which were later canceled due to the then COVID-19 situations. The state government led by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani scrapped the class 12th board exams on June 02. The decision to cancel the GSHSEB class 12 exams, was taken after the Centre’s decision to scrap the exams for class 12 students.
Further, the board was asked to formulate a committee for the preparation and implementation of internal assessment on which the result is prepared. Subsequently, the schools were directed to upload the marks of the students on the board website, which recently concluded. Based on the same the result of class 12th science, arts, and commerce (Regular) students has been prepared by the board.
