FMGE 2018 Application Form Released by NBE; Exam to be Held on 14 December

FMGE 2018 Application Form

National Board Examination (NBE) has released the application form for FMGE 2018, at 7:00 pm. The registration link for FMGE 2019 is available at the nbe.edu.in. Candidates can apply until November 06, 2018 for the exam to be held on December 14, 2018. Indian students who possess medical qualification from abroad and want the recognition from Medical Council of India (MCI) to start practicing in India must qualify the FMGE.

Indian nationals who have obtained the degree until 30th November 2018 can apply for the FMGE exam. In addition to the primary medical qualification, candidates must possess a foreign medical degree attested by Embassy of India. The application fee for the exam is Rs 5500/- for all the candidates.

Prior to applying for the exam, candidates must keep the important documents ready with them. Some of them are Passing certificate of medical qualification, valid government ID Proof, two passport size photographs, date of irth proof, a copy of passport, passing certificate of 10+2, internship certificate (if any), eligibility certificate issued by MCI.

The registration for FMGE is a six-step process. It includes registration, application form, uploading of documents, choosing the test city, payment of fees, and the print out of the form. Only after the successful submission of the registration form, candidates will able to download the admit card.

After the registration link for FMGE 2018, access the New Registration option on the official website. Therein, enter the details like Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Captcha. Following that, check the registered email-id for the confirmation message by NBE. It will contain the registration ID and Password. Use the login credentials to access the application form.

The Application Form of FMGE 2018 is divided into three sections comprising of Personal Details, Qualification Details, and Test Center Details. Only after completing the one section, candidates will able to navigate to other section. In the form, students can change the details any number of times except Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Mobile Number, Email address, Testing City, Photograph, and Signature.

In the form, upload photograph and signature of a maximum size 80 Kb size and in JPG/JPEG format. Even upload the other documents according to the mentioned specifications only.

In the next step, select the test centre. There are total 21 cities in which exam will take place. Candidates will get the preferred centres only except in cases of logistic, administrative and other reasons in any particular centre.

Now, pay the application fee in any of the mode ie Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. Finally, recheck the form and take the print out of the application form.

Candidates will receive the FMGE 2018 admit card four or five days before the examination. Once received the check all the details carefully and let the authorities know if there is any error. The result of the exam will declare in the third week of January 2019.
