Few days are left for doing the registration of DSSSB Recruitment 2019. As March 1 and 5, 2019 (up to 11:59 p.m) is the last date for submitting the online application for 264 and 209 vacancies respectively. First Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) released the online application form for 264 vacancies to the post of Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer on January 30, 2019, and then form for 209 number of vacancies to the post of LDC, Stenographer, Lab Assistant, Welfare Officer released on January 31, 2019. The DSSSB Application Form 2019 has been made available at the official website i.e. dsssbonline.nic.in.
The registration process will be completed when the candidates will pay Rs 100/- as the examination fee. The fee is exempted for the female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PwD) and Ex-serviceman category. The candidates can make the fee by using SBI e-pay only. The fee submitted by using a credit card, debit card etc will not be excepted. Once the fee payment has been made it will be non-refunded so, before filling the DSSSB Application Form 2019 candidates should first read the eligibility criteria. If the candidate is ineligible and then too he/she applied for the recruitment then those will be not considered for the further recruitment process.
The eligibility criteria differ for each post but one criteria for all the posts is common i.e. the candidates whose age is 18 can apply. The candidates who will submit the form on time for those DSSSB Admit Card 2019 will be issued. The admit card will be made available at the official website. For each stage of the examination, a separate call letter will be issued by the board. The recruitment of the candidates will be done on the basis of Tier I, Tier II and skill test.
In both recruitments, Tier I examination pattern will be the same. In the Tier I exam 200 multiple choice question of 200 marks and question-related to General Awareness, General Intelligence, Reasoning ability, Arithmetic, and Numerical Ability, and comprehension in Hindi & English language topics will be asked. In Tier II test descriptive type questions will be asked. In the examination for each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answers which means that there will be negative marking.
For both DSSSB Recruitment and for both types of examination, the minimum qualifying criteria will be the same. In order to qualify the exam the General, OBC and all reserved category candidates have to obtain minimum 40%, 35%, and 30% marks.
