The Food Corporation of India (FCI), Kerala, has notified 127 vacancies for the post of Watchman. The application process began from 15 June 2017. The last date to apply is 15 July 2017. Candidates who wish to apply for the vacancies may visit the official website fciregionaljobs.com. The basic pay-scale for the post may vary from Rs. 8100 to 18070.

It is very important to ensure the eligibility before candidates apply. Only those candidates are eligible who have passed grade 8, as on 01 July 2017. Also, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 25 years.
To apply for the FCI Watchman Recruitment 2017, the candidates can visit the official website and then click on “Kerala” box. Next, the candidates need to access the “Click Here to Apply” button. A new tab will open, in which the application form will be displayed.
Then, the candidates need to fill their personal details at first like their names, gender, date of birth etc. The candidates are required to specify their category like (SC/ST/OBC etc.) and their nationality for, e.g. Indian, Tibetan etc as well.
Next, the candidate needs to fill educational qualifications, the candidates need to specify if they have passed 10th standard, if not then they can skip the further details and proceed to email id. All candidates need to have an email id and a mobile number which will be filled in the form along with their address
After submitting the details, the uploading of photograph and signature is to be done. The size of the images should be between 20 KB to 40 KB and image type should be jpeg/jpg. In the case of any difficulty, candidates can visit various websites on google to convert the type of image and alter its size.
The candidates also need to submit an application fee of Rs. 250, either through SBI Internet banking or through e-challan at any branch of the Bank. In case you are an SC/ST/PWD (PH) or a female candidate then you need to upload an image of category proof, to get an exemption on from application fee. The candidates should check all the details twice using preview before submitting.
Candidates can submit the application form only once, their candidature will be cancelled in case of multiple submissions. The candidates who have successfully completed the application process need to check the official website regularly for further notifications. Admit card is expected to be issued 15 days before the exam date. Candidates need to download the admit card and carry it to their exam centre to appear for the written test. The date of exam is yet to be released.
Food Corporation of India will hold written test of 120 minutes. There will be 120 MCQs and candidates will have to attempt all. The paper will be in the language selected by the candidate while applying. The questions will be from 4 sections namely Quantitative Ability, Reasoning, General Awareness and General English (30 questions each). 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer and there will be no negative marking.
