The University of Delhi has released the application form for DU UG Admission 2019. Interested aspirants can apply for DU UG Admission at the official website, du.ac.in. It is released for admission in 90 colleges, 87 departments, 13 Centers/ Institutes in DU. The registration for all courses and categories is going to be completed by online mode. No offline mode is going to be released for the candidates.
In order to register for DU Admission, candidates should keep documents such as passport size photograph of the candidate, scanned signature, self-attested copy of Class X board certificate, class XII mark sheet, etc. Students need to sign each document being uploaded for the registration process.
To apply for DU UG Admission 2019-20, the students need to first register online at the official website of DU. On the homepage of the website, candidates need to click on the relevant link for registering online. Next, the students need to fill in details such as their name, date of birth, category, gender, nationality etc. Submit the registration details. In the DU Admission Portal, candidates will have to give their email IDs and create a password.
After this, click on the “Register” button and a confirmation mail will be sent to the email ID registered by the candidate along with the “registrations details” pdf. Candidates may save the pdf for future reference.
Now, once the registration is done, the candidates have to log in to the DU Admission portal, by entering their registered email id and password. Click on the “Login” button to submit the details and then proceed to fill in details in the DU Admission Form 2019.
The DU Application Form is divided into eight (08) tabs – Personal details, Bank Details, Academic Details, Merit Based Course selection, Entrance Based Course selection, sport band emails, and ECA. Fill in the relevant information in each of these tabs and submit the details. After filling in details in the DU Admission Form 2019, they can proceed to upload the necessary documents as per the specifications, format and file size.
Once the images have been uploaded, proceed to pay the required amount of the application fee by online mode. Finally, take a look at your complete application, pay the application fee and take a print out of the confirmation page for future reference.
The university is also conducting ‘Open Days’ to help aspirants understand the admission process. These will be held on May 31, June 3 and June 8 at the North Campus Conference Centre and on June 4, 6, 7 and 10 at various off-campus colleges. Furthermore, University is considering to provide full scholarships to students whose both the parents are deceased or unemployed, and will waive half of the fee for the students whose earning member has deceased, in order to cover the college fees.
