DSSSB LDC Admit Card post code 8/19 available for download, at dsssb.delhi.gov.in

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) released the admit card for LDC post 8/19 admit card today at the official website dsssb.delhi.gov.in. As of now, the call letter for Lower Division Clerk exams scheduled to be held on August 17 and 18, 2019, have been released. Online mock test, instructions for exam, and all exam dates of the DSSSB LDC recruitment 2019 are available now.

To download the admit card for aforementioned LDC exam advertised in DSSSB Advt 02/19, candidates need to visit dsssb.delhi.gov.in and click on the link that says “Download admit card for online exam dated 17th and 18th Aug 2019”. This leads to the hall ticket download page. Those who had applied for the said exam can enter application number and date of birth to login and get their admit cards.

The exam for lower division clerk will contain five sections of 40 marks each. They will be general awareness, general intelligence and reasoning ability, arithmetical and numerical ability, test of hindi language and comprehension, test of english language and comprehension. Negative marking will be of 0.25 mark. The minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for general, 35% for OBC (Delhi), 30% for SC, ST, PH.

DSSSB 8/19 LDC exam dates are August 17, August 18, August 23, August 25, August 26, 2019, as per the exam dates notification published a little less than a month ago. It is usual for DSSSB to issue admit cards for online exams around 3-4 days prior to exam. Thus keeping up with the tradition, the admit card for LDC post 8/19 that is going to be held in three days time, has been issued today.

Admit card for remaining exam dates that is August 23, 25, and 26 are expected to be available around August 20 by the same token. The same procedure of admit card issuance shall apply to those whose exam has been scheduled on these other dates.

It is relevant to note that DSSSB is conducting another exam this Saturday. The exam for Jr Lab Assistant post code 10/19 is also going to be held on the same date. Admit card for the same is also available now.

The admit card is of three pages and contains important details of exam such as centre and timing. Candidates are required to report on time, as mentioned in the document. No one will be allowed entry after end of reporting time.

An ID proof in original needs to be brought to the centre with admit card. A recent colored passport size photograph, and one post card size, that is 4 inches by 6 inches, will also have to be carried to the exam center. Candidates will need to paste the former on the first page of admit card, and the latter on the second page of admit card.

The admit card contains space for signature and left hand thumb impression. Both have to be filled by test taker in the presence of invigilator only. Candidates must not carry pens to the exam center as the same is being provided by the board.

There is a dress code for the exam. Candidates must wear light clothes with half sleeves. Dress must not have big buttons, brooches, badges, flowers. Salwar and trouser are allowed. In footwear, slippers, sandals with low heels can be worn. Shoes are not allowed.

DSSSB LDC post 8/19 recruitment is for 27 vacancies in 1900 grade pay. The number of vacancies are 14 for UR, 7 for OBC, 4 for SC, and 2 for ST. Applications were invited in January-March this year.
