Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) has published notification for recruitment to the posts of professor, associate professor, and assistant professor. CUSAT recruitment 2019 is for a total of 104 vacancies, with 15 vacancies of professor, 37 of associate professor, and 52 vacancies for assistant professor.
Separate applications need to be submitted for each post.
Upper age limit for Assistant Professor post is 40 years, calculated on 01.01.2019; relaxed for SC/ST, OBC by 5 and 3 years respectively.
The deadline for submission of online application is December 2, 2019. Last date for receipt of hard copy of application forms is December 9, 2019.
Application fee for the post of assistant professor is Rs 2000 for general, Rs 500 for SC/ST, and USD 100 for applicants abroad. For associate professor, fee is Rs 3000 for general, Rs 750 for SC/ST, and USD 200 for candidates from abroad. In the case of professor, the fee amount is Rs 4000 for general, Rs 1000 for SC/ST, and USD 300 for applicants abroad. Fee needs to be remitted via NEFT/RTGS.

Or, one can be an outstanding professional in the field, with PhD, supported by documentary evidence of work, and 10 years of experience.
