CTET 2019 Registration Last Date Extended; Entire Application Process Schedule Revised

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last registration date of CTET 2019. Now, until March 12, 2019, by 05:00 p.m candidates will be able to apply online and till March 15, 2019, by 3:30 p.m the candidates can deposit the application fee through e-challan or debit / credit card. The online CTET Application form 2019 is available at ctet.nic.in.

The general candidates applying for a paper of CTET 2019 have to pay Rs.700/- as an application fee charge and if applying for two paper i.e. Paper I and II have to pay Rs 1200/-. The candidates belonging to SC /ST / PWD category have to pay Rs.350/- for a paper and Rs.600/- for two paper. The candidates can use online and offline payment gateway for making the fee payment. Through E-Challan by depositing the fee in CTET Exam Fee Account at Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank candidates can make offline payment and through Debit / Credit Card candidates can make online fee payment.

Before filling the CTET Application Form 2019 candidates should first read the eligibility criteria because if the candidates found ineligible then he/she will be eliminated from the process. The Candidates are having Indian citizenship can only apply. There is no age restriction on age limit.

In the form, candidates should provide the correct details. In the CTET 2019 application form candidates have to fill the personal, educational, qualification, contact details and upload the scanned photograph and signature. The uploaded scanned documents image should be in JPG format. The uploaded scanned photograph and signature size should be between 10 to 100 KB and 3 to 30 KB respectively.

On completion of the registration process candidates must download the confirmation page for the record and future reference. The candidates who are unable to download it those should immediately contact the Joint Secretary (CTET), CTET Unit, CBSE from March 25, 2019, to April 01, 2019 between 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m along with the proof of fee payment.

As the application form filling process has been extended, so now the application form correction process will now start from March 25, 2019, to April 01, 2019. CTET 2019 examination is scheduled to be conducted on July 07, 2019. CTET Admit Card 2019 will be released 02 weeks prior to the examination. The admit card will be issued for those candidates who have submitted the form on time. CTET 2019 Admit Card will be made available at the official website.

CTET examination will be conducted in 97 cities for 20 languages. CTET has two papers (paper I and II). The paper I (primary level) is for the candidates who want to teach students of class 1 to 5 and paper II (upper primary level) is for the candidates who want to be the teacher of class 6 to 8 students. If the candidates want to give both papers can those can apply for both the paper.
