The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) is going to release the official notification for the UGET 2021 exam soon. An official notice is displayed on the website of COMEDK which reads “Application & details for UGET-2021 will be available soon”. COMEDK UGET 2021 registrations are conducted at the official website comedk.org. Now that the official notice is displayed, interested candidates can expect the Consortium to release the notification and commence the registrations for the entrance exam very soon. Based on previous year schedule of events, the registrations are expected to start by the second week of February 2021.
COMEDK UGET 2021 Expected Exam Date
The Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET) is conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) for admission to UG programs in Engineering & Technology. Based on the UGET 2021 score, candidates are offered admission to BE and B.Tech programs offered by institutes under the Consortium.
As per the previous year exam schedule of the COMEDK UGET, it is being expected that the official notification may release by the second week of February 2021. Conventionally, the registrations commence with the release of the official notification. Thus, COMEDK UGET 2021 Application Form is also expected to start by the second week of February 2021. It is also expected that candidates may be allowed to apply online for COMEDK UGET 2021 up to the third week of April 2021.
Once the application process for COMEDK UGET is closed, candidates can expect the Consortium to release the hall ticket for the entrance exam. COMEDK UGET 2021 is expected to be conducted in mid-June 2021. This is because many secondary education boards are going to conduct the Board exams in April/May 2021. Therefore, Universities are also postponing the exam dates of entrance examinations for UG programs. The admit card releases weeks before the exam and it is expected that COMEDK UGET 2021 admit card may release by the last week of May 2021 at the official website.
COMEDK UGET 2021
Aspirants of COMEDK UGET 2021 can check the complete information about the exam in the official notification as soon as it releases. Last year, the syllabus of the exam was based on the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The examination is conducted as a Computer Based Test in designated centres.
Based on the previous year exam, UGET 2021 question paper is expected to contain only MCQ type questions. Last year, there were 180 MCQ type questions carrying 01 marks each. There is no negative marking in the UGET exam and candidates are allowed 3 hours to complete the test.
