CMAT 2019 Registration Date Extended

National Testing Agency has extended the CMAT registration date to December 07, 2018. Earlier the last date to apply was November 30, 2018. With the new deadline, candidates who have not applied for CMAT yet can fill the application form before the last day. For CMAT 2019, candidates have to visit ntacmat.ac.in and register with valid email id and password. Following that fill the application form, submit the documents and pay the exam fee.

The application fee for CMAT 2019 is Rs 700 for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Female/ Transgender and Rs 1400 for General/ OBC. The last date for fee submission and document uploading is December 08, 2018 until 11:50 PM. Candidates who have a minimum three-year bachelor degree in any field are eligible to apply for CMAT 2019. The registrations are also open for final year degree students.

NTA has only changed the last date of registration process, rest of  the exam schedule is same.

Candidates who have already registered but not have paid the fee can directly use the CMAT login. It consists of the application number and password as received during the registration process. The same login will be used to access the admit card, result etc.

Once the CMAT 2019 application submission process is over, NTA will start the registration for online test practise centre for CMAT test takers. In these centres, students can practise the mock test in order to understand the exam pattern. Since this service is free of cost, candidates who do not have internet connectivity must avail this service atleast once before the exam.

Overall, preparation for CMAT is same as CAT except for general awareness section.
The exam will be held on January 28, 2019, in two slots. Till then, candidates can also apply for exams like XAT, TISSNET etc which have more or less similar pattern as CMAT.

After exactly 30 days of the registration process. The admit card will release on January 07, 2019. It is important to carry this on exam day and also keep it safe until completion of the selection process. It will be available on the official website only and no candidates will receive the admit card by post. Post the CMAT examination, answer key will also release and students will also able to challenge the same in case of any doubts.

The CMAT scores are accepted by B-school for which candidates have to apply separately. Once the exam is over, colleges will release their cutoff and invite candidates in order to take part in the selection process. Only students who have applied for particular college will get the call according to the score in CMAT 2019.
