The Consortium of NLU has issued Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)-2020 admit card to all the registered candidates, on clatconsortiumofnlu.ac.in. The candidates have to login using their phone number and password to access the admit card. All the candidates are required to report at the allotted exam center on September 28, 2020, with a printout of CLAT 2020 admit card.
To download the admit card candidates need to visit clatconsortiumofnlu.ac.in. Next, they have to login using their phone number and password. Under the dashboard, candidates can see the “download admit card” button. On clicking it, the admit card appears on the next page. The admit card has to be saved on the system and a hard copy must be printed to carry on the day of the exam.
Along with the admit card additional instructions have been uploaded for the candidates. The instructions stress on the below-given points:
# The allotted test center is final and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
# On the exam day, candidates have to be ready with the admit card and ID proof at the center gates for verification.
# No sheets must be taken to the center by the candidates. Rough sheets will be available inside the exam hall. The candidates need to write the admit card number on these rough sheets. After the exam sheets must be handed over to the invigilators.
# In the case of SAP (PWD) candidates, who opted for Scribe, the candidate should submit the SAP (PWD) certificate, and letter of undertaking for the scribe. Also, they have to submit the educational qualifications and identity of the scribe to the Invigilator at the test center.
# The candidate should also sign on the admit card in the presence of the invigilator at the exam hall.
# Also, candidates are required to show the duly filled and signed Medical Self-Declaration at the entrance. It must be then submitted to the Invigilator.
# No display of seat numbers and hall numbers will be done at the exam center. It will be informed to the candidates after they enter the exam center.
# All candidates will have to leave their personal belongings outside the exam center at their own risk.
# The candidates who visit the exam center early have to wait for the gates to open outside the main entrance. No one will be allowed to wait inside the main entrance of the centers.

Earlier COVID-19 precautions for CLAT 2020 were announced. These included:
Staff specifically for Crowd Management and orderly movement will be arranged at the centers. Staff with Thermo Guns shall be available at entry gates to check the temperatures of all the candidates. All candidates with fever or COVID symptoms will not be permitted inside the exam venue. A separate isolation lab will be set up to accommodate these candidates. Further, all candidates with a temperature of more than 99.14 will be isolated.
Candidates will be allowed to take masks, gloves, personal transparent water bottle, personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), a simple pen, and exam-related documents (Admit Card, ID card, etc.) inside the exam center.

Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level law entrance exam for admission in the LLB, LLB 5 year Integrated, LLM, etc. courses offered by the NLUs. However, this year National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru left CLAT 2020, due to a delay in holding CLAT 2020. For UG law admission CLAT UG is held and admission on PG law courses is done based on CLAT PG.
