CGPSC Online Application Form 2019 Released, Apply By 4 Jan 2020

To appear in the state service exam, CGPSC 2019-2020, apply online now.

CGPSC Online Application Form

Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has released the online application form for state service examinations 2019. Interested and eligible candidates can register through psc.cg.gov.in now. The last date to apply online is January 4, 2020. On the final date, link to apply online will be deactivated at 11:659 pm.

The CGPSC notification was released on November 27, 2019. It lists a total of 199 vacancies in various posts of state administrative services, police service, finance services, subordinate service, assistant superintendent, nayab tehsildar, commercial tax inspector, cooperative inspector / cooperative extension officer, and other posts.

Candidates who apply within the given deadline will get a chance to edit mistakes in their application forms from January 7 to 13, 2020. Those who change category and need to pay excess fee can do so during correction, however in case fee is less than last fee paid, then excess amount already paid will not be refunded.

In order to apply for CGPSC 2019-2020, candidates need to visit psc.cg.gov.in and click the link “apply online for state service examination-2019”. Then on the next page, click “click here to register and apply online for state service (prelims) exam-2019”.

There are 3 steps in applying. First is sign up, where candidates have to fill basic details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, domicile, category, sub category, date of birth, date of birth proof document type, roll number on said document, mobile number, email address. After that they will receive an sms with their application number and login ID. 

Then step two is to fill the registration form and to upload documents. Candidates need to fill all the details in the registration form, fill educational qualification details. Documents to be uploaded include passport size photograph, signature. Both should be in jpeg format and of maximum 100 kb size. 

Last step, step third, is to pay fee. Application fee is Rs 300 for Chhattisgarh domiciled candidates who belong to SC, ST, OBC; for all others it is Rs 400.

CGPSC prelims will be held on February 9, 2020 from 10 am to 12 noon, and 3 pm to 5 pm. The mains has been scheduled for June 17, 18, 19, and 20, 2020. 

Prelims will be conducted at centers in Ambikapur, Baikanthour, Bilaspur, Dhamtari, Durg-Bhilai, Dantewada, Jagdalpur, Jaanjgeer-Chaampa, Jashpur, Kabirdham, Kaanker, Korba, Mahasamund, Raipur, Raigarh, Rajnaandgaanv. Mains will only be held at Ambikapur, Bilaspur, Durg-Bhiali, Jagdalpur, and Raipur. 

Today, CGPSC also released the online application form for Assistant Professor recruitment 2019-2020. To access it too candidates need to go to psc.cg.gov.in. There are a total of 1384 vacancies in this position. Last date to apply for Assistant Professor post is sooner, registration for this post shall end on December 20, 2019. 

Candidates should, for both exams, not wait for the last date to apply. And also, keep username and password safely for the purpose of login, to download admit card before exam.
