Today, on May 07, around 11 lakh medical aspirants appeared for NEET 2017 in 103 cities. CBSE conduct the exam in offline mode and the candidates were supposed to reach the exam center between 7:30 to 9:30 am. However, the exam was held from 10:00 am to 01:30 pm.
There was an air of satisfaction in the face of many students, as they found the questions paper easy. Through Physics section did gave a hard time to the students but Chemistry and Biology sections were exceptionally easy.
The candidates can now avail the answer key of NEET 2017. It has been released by the unofficial bodies, like coaching institutes such as Rao IIT, Allen Kota, Aakash Institute, FIITJEE, etc. The answer key has been provided set-wise for code A, B, C, D, P, Q, R, S, T, W, X, Y, and Z. The students can use these answer key to match the answers and get an idea about the estimate of the score in the examination.
The NEET 2017 Official Answer Key will be published in the mid of May 2017, by CBSE. The candidates will be able to challenge. However, the challenges will only be accepted if the candidates will pay the objection fee. It is Rs. 1000 per objection and is to be paid online, through online Payment Gateway.
Candidates will be able to check their NEET result on June 08, 2017. The result will be announced online by submitting the Registration Number and Date of Birth. The result of NEET 2017 will display rank and score of the candidates. Along with it, the cutoff marks of the exam will also be announced.
Colleges and universities across the nation will now grant MBBS / BDS admission on the basis of the score and rank secured in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET). For the 15% All India Quota candidates of NEET, MCC will conduct the counselling. However, for the state admission, each state will be conducting its own counselling.
