The image correction facility provided by IIMK is free of cost. This means that candidates need to not have to pay any extra amount to reupload the correct images. Candidates must upload correct images before the last date.

One of the reason due to which an applicant photo/ signature is rejected can be the image is if it is not as per the specification or format. Another reason could be that the image is blurred. Hence, it is important that after re-uploading the images, check that it fulfills the specified guidelines of an image.

As per the telephonic conversation with the officials, it has been confirmed that it is a one-time correction facility provided to the candidates. After submitting the fresh images, candidates cannot re-upload image. Also, IIMK will not provide online facility for the candidates to edit details in the CAT 2019 application form.

The background of the photo should be light, preferrably white. Signature should be done in running handwriting and not in CAPITAL LETTERS. In the photo, your face, eyes and both ears should be clearly visible in it.

The registered candidates will be issued the admit card for Common Admission Test 2019 (CAT) online at the candidate login from October 23, 2019. It is a national level entrance exam for which every year more than 2 lakh candidates apply. The exam was first started in the year 1950 and has been changed drastically since then.

It is a computer-based test of 3 hours duration. There are two type of questions in CAT 2019- MCQ and TITA or Non-MCQ type in which candidates need to write the answer using the virtual keyboard. The score of CAT is used by IIMs for admission in PGP, PGP-FABM, EPGP, PGP-HRM, PGPEM, PGPPM courses and by more than 200+ B-Schools.
