CAT 2018 Registration has been over on September 26, 2018, at 11:59 PM. Now, the candidates who have successfully submitted the application form can use the photograph edit function starting from 27 Sep exactly at 10:00 AM. The last date to re-upload documents is 30 Sep until 5:00 PM.

Applicants who have uploaded the wrong image must utilize the window judiciously and must upload new photograph according to proper standards only. As after this, test takers will not get any option to edit the form.
The edit option at the CAT application form is available to edit the photograph only. The format to upload the same has been specified at iimcat.ac.in. The image file size should be less than 80 KB with 30 mm (width) x 45 mm (height) dimensions. The file format must be only JPEG or JPG with a minimum image resolution of 150 px/inch.

To avail the facility, candidates have to use the CAT 2018 Login ie Registration Number and the Password that must be received by all the applicants on their registered phone numbers. Once the form open, move to click on “Application Form” tab. Therein, applicants have to click on upload photograph option and can now upload the image again.
A student will able to re-upload image only once and once the process is done he/she will receive the confirmation message on the screen. Candidates can now download the final application form pdf for the future reference. It is yet to be seen if the window to edit the other details in the form will open or not.
After the completion of the correction process, the admit card for CAT 2018 will release on October 24, 2018, from 1:00 PM Onwards. The admit card may or may not release early before the scheduled date. On 25 November 2018, it is important to carry the hall ticket with photo identity proof.
Since only a few days left for the exam, candidates must gear up and give the best while preparing for the exam. Solve full-length mock test and sectional test to practice as much as possible. After each test, it is necessary to analyze the mock. Look for the questions that you have not attempted and also the see how to attempt a question in a minimum possible time. Focus on accuracy as well on the number of attempts.
