It was a harrowing day yesterday for the scores of aspirants who have applied for Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2017 for 9900 vacancies. Several days ago it was notified that admit card for written exam will be available on September 23, 2017. A few days ago, the website csbc.bih.nic ran a text saying regarding downloading of e-Admit Card for Constable examination, which was linked to a website. That website link, it was presumed, will open to login for admit cards as per schedule. Yesterday being the date for download of admit cards, all applicants rushed to csbc.bih.nic.in, clicked that link, only to be met with coming soon messages.
There was some technical issue that was preventing the board from either uploading or allowing download of admit card. To keep the applicants updated, new messages were displayed on the website. The first one said that admit card would be available at 5 PM (on September 23, 2017). As technical issue persisted, it was not feasible for the board to upload admit cards then.
Today, on September 24, 2017, the website is displaying a message that Bihar Police Admit Card 2017 will be available today after 6 PM. The board has also apologised to the candidates for inconvenience caused. It is evident, that a large number of candidates have indeed applied for the post.
For the purpose of admit card download, candidates need to log in. they must download and print the admit card on a plain white sheet of paper. Details of exam centre assigned and such information will be printed on it.
In the first place, candidate must check correctness of details on the hall ticket. If there is any issue in it, they must contact the board.
It is equally important to note the exam date. The written exam in on 2 dates. Each candidate will appear for the test on a single date only. That date on which he or she has to go for the exam is given in the Bihar Police Admit Card 2017. Another thing is the exam centre. One must see which centre is assigned and make arrangements to reach it on the day of exam on time.
The written exam is qualifying in nature for physical standards and measurement test. The number of candidates that will be called for physical standards test on basis of result of written exam will be in the ratio of 1:5.
