Bihar School Examination Board has extended the last date of the registration for class 10 and class 12. So, the candidates who haven’t fill the form or have done any mistake in filling the application form can now make corrections. The board has released an official circular on the website i.e. on biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.
In the circular, it is clearly mentioned that the students can the students can fill the application form and can make the corrections with the late fee. Earlier, the students were allowed to do the registration till September 28, 2018. But the form filling date has been extended from October 05 to October 08, 2018 with the late fee.
Apart from this, Bihar Board has made a provision to the students. For the form correct, if the student is not able to pay the application fee till October 08, 2018 then he/she will be allowed to pay the late fee till October 10, 2018.
For the corrections, the students are allowed to correct the student’s name, father’s name, mother’s candidates’ name, gender, subjects’ name, date of birth of the student, category, student’s cast and photo of the students.
Nearly, 25 lakh students had registered for the examinations from Bihar Board. For the matric exams, the number of students who had registered was 12.80 lakh while for class 10, around 17.70 candidates registered themselves for the exams.
Last year, Class 12 exams were conducted from February 06 to February 16, 2018. The exams were held in around 1,384 centres across the state. For class 10, Bihar board conducted the exams from February 21 to February 28, 2018.
Bihar School Education Board works as a government body which manages all the educational activities in the state. Bihar Board is well known as BSEB. The board works for class 10 as well as for class 12 educational activities. The board conducts the core subjects’ exams in the month of February. Apart from the regular exams, BSEB also offers the open school exams for the students of Secondary (Matric) and Sr. Secondary (Intermediate) classes. Bihar board conducts the exams in the month of February every year. For the open school, it organizes the exams twice a year in the month of September and December. After the completion of the exams, the board also releases the results.
