Today i.e. on April 06, 2019, the Bihar School Examination Board has declared the result for the secondary standard candidates at 01:00 PM. The students of class 10 can now check the result online at biharboardonline.gov.in or bsebssresult.com. As per the reports, this year, around 16,60,609 are registered for the exams. Out of these candidates, around 8,37,075 candidates are girls and 8,23, 534 are boys.
The students can log on to the official website to get the result. Now, click on the link of “Bihar Board 10th Result 2019“. Now, the candidates are required to fill the necessary details such as the roll number of the candidates or the roll code or the name of the students. Now, they can see their results which is available in the pdf format.
For the candidates of class 10, the Bihar Board conducted the exams from February 21 to 28, 2019. The exams were held at around 1418 exam centres. The first exam was for General English. The exams were conducted in two shifts. The morning shift was from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm while the afternoon shift was from 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm.
On April 05, 2019, a rumor was spread that the result of Bihar Board class 10 was about to be announced on the same date. There was a link available also to get the result. However, after some time, the news came that this was a fake link and regarding the same, the board also issued the notification. In the notice, the board mentioned the date and time for the result declaration.
Last year, the number of candidates who appeared for the exams was 17,58,797. Out of the total students, 12,12,617 passed the exams of class 10. As per the data shared by the board, the pass percentage of the previous year was 68.89%. Talking about gender wise performances, it was clear that the boys did a great job. Around 6,68,505 boys and 5,44,112 girls passed the exams.
The board declared the result of class 12 on March 30, 2019. The total number of candidates who took part in the exams was 6,59,013. 5,35,110 students passed the exams. Out of the total appeared candidates, 4,68,869 are boys and 1,90,144 are girls and the overall pass percentage for this year is 81.20%. Out of the total passed candidates, 2,52,797 obtained the first division, 2,75,704 second division while 6,609 students got the third division.
