Barkatullah University (erstwhile Bhopal University) has announced a total of 20 results today. While the results are for different programs ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate, and different years including first and second, the process of checking results remains the same for all.
The only way to check BU Bhopal result 2019 is to go to bubhopal.ac.in. Then click online results. Then on the next page, click the relevant link of result that one has to check. Thereafter, login with roll number.
All the results that BU Bhopal has announced today are namely MBA full time semester II, Bachelor of Education semester II, M.Com semester 4 private, M.Com semester 2 regular, M.Com semester 2 private, BSC second year private, B.Com semester2 regular, B.Com second year private, B.Com first year private, B.Com honours second year regular, B.Com semester 2 private, B.Com semester 2 private ATKT, BAsecond year regular, BA second year private, BSC BED semester 4, BA BED semester 6, BSC BED semester 6, MA MATHEMATICS semester 2 private, BSC BED semester 2, MA MATHEMATICS semester 2 regular.
While the contents of the result itself varies from student to student, stream to stream. Broadly the details contained include name of exam, roll number of candidate, enroll number, marks obtained, total marks, result (pass or not). The semester and year, division, are also shown.
When a student logs in with his or her roll number, a table with the above-mentioned details appear. The last column in the table holds the view marksheet link.
Results are published by Barkatullah University Bhopal, and are hosted by MP Online. The disclaimer at the bottom of the page is common by both, and it says “Neither MP online nor Barkatullah University Bhopal is responsible for any inadvertent error that may have crept in the results being published on website. The results published on the website are for immediate information to the examinees. These cannot be treated as original mark sheets. Original mark sheets are being issued by the university separately”.
Barkatullah University is a public university. Founded in 1970, the varsity was initially known as Bhopal University. In the year 1988 it was renamed to Barkatullah University to honor the freedom fighter Prof Barkatullah (Abdul Hafiz Mohamed Barakatullah also known by the name Maulana Barkatullah), who was an Indian revolutionary. His speeches were known to ignite the passion of freedom fighting among the youth. He also went on to become the first prime minister of the provisional government of India that was established in 1915 in Kabul.
Recently, the university also released results of DET 2019, on October 6, 2019, for the PhD entrance exam held on August 21, 2019. Checking DET results was also an online process, through login by roll number and date of birth.
