The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will close the registration process of RRC Group D 2019 on April 12, 2019 (11:59 PM). Interested candidates can apply by visiting the zonal websites of the RRB. However, the final submission of the application can be done until April 26, 2019. No offline application forms are accepted by the RRB.
In order to apply for RRC Group D 2019, candidates must fulfill the eligibility conditions. Students should have passed Class 10th or an ITI recognized by NCVT / SCVT or holds a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT. The application fee is Rs. 500. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD / Women / Transgender / Minorities / Economic Backward Classes / Ex-servicemen category are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 250.
To fill the application form, click on the link of “Click here for online registration for CEN RRC 01/2019”. Now, click on the “New Registration” and fill up the community, academic details. Then, select the zone for which the candidate wants to apply. After that, fill the registration form first by entering the details like name, date of birth, Aadhaar card status, parents’ name, SSLC details, mobile number, e-mail id, and captcha. The registration number is generated for which students have to enter OTP sent on their contact details.
Login with the registration number and fill the details in the application form such as academic background, community, religion, gender, nationality, PwBD category, J&K domicile, ExSM category, etc. The application fee can be paid in either online or offline mode via credit card, debit card, net banking, post office or SBI challan.
In the remaining part of the RRC Group D application form, the scanned images of the signature, photograph, caste certificate and photo of the scribe are to be uploaded as per the specifications. The documents should be in jpg/ jpeg format. The size of the scanned photo and signature should be between 20-50 KB and 10-40 KB respectively. The caste certificate size should be 50-100 KB.
RRB also refunds the application fee to the candidates who appeared for the CBT exam. SC / ST / PWD / Women / Transgender / Minorities / Economic Backward Classes / Ex-servicemen category candidates get the refund of Rs. 250. The remaining categories will get Rs. 400 as the application fee refund.
Candidates must make sure that they fill the form carefully. The Board reserves the right to reject the form. There can be multiple reasons which can lead to the application form rejection like the incorrect specification of the photograph, signature in capital or block letters, submitting more than one application form, failing to met eligibility criteria, etc.
