Sri Venkateswara University is closing the AP ICET 2019 Registration on March 27, 2019. Candidates who are interested in MBA or MCA course from the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh can apply before the last date. The Application Form for AP ICET is available at sche.ap.gov.in. This year, the exam is scheduled to take place on April 26, 2019.
The late registration for the AP ICET 2019 starts from 28 March and will continue until 04 April. Candidates applying for the exam in the late registration window have to pay of Rs 2000/- extra in addition to the application fee of Rs 550/-. Thus, fill the application form within the specified deadline to avoid the late fee.
Candidates who are applying for AP ICET must fulfill the eligibility criteria. For MBA, candidates must have a graduation degree with Mathematics in 10th class. For MCA, along with a graduation degree, it is necessary to have Mathematics in intermediate or degree level. In the case of any of the programme, students must have a 50% aggregate in the graduation degree. There is a relaxation of 5% for unreserved category.
In order to fill the AP ICET 2019 Application Form, candidates have to complete a four-step procedure. In the first step, register and pay the application fee. Once this step is completed, proceed to check the exam fee status. Only in case of successful payment, aspirants will able to access the application form.
In the third step, visit the official website and log in to get the AP ICET Form. In there, fill the qualification details, test city preference, and upload the required documents. The photograph and signature size should be less than 50 kb and 30 kb respectively. The format of the documents must be .jpg or .jpeg only. Re-check the details and submit the form. Note down the registration number and take the print-out of form for future use.
Once the application form submission is over, the correction window to edit details in filled-in form will open for 10 days between April 05-14, 2019. The admit card for the computer-based test will be issued on April 15, 2019. Till then, candidates can practice for the exam from the previous year question papers available on the official website.
On the test paper, there will be 200 multiple choice questions of 1 mark each. There is no negative marking in the AP ICET examination. The maximum time limit is 150 minutes. There are three sections naming Analytical, Mathematical, and Communication Ability. There are mock tests available on the official website, however, the link is inactive right now.
