Hall ticket for Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Exam (AP EdCET) has been released today on April 29, 2019. Sri Venkateswara University has made the availability of admit card at sche.ap.gov.in for the exam to be held on May 6, 2019. Candidates are required to provide their reference id, registration number, the hall ticket number of the qualifying exam, mobile number and date of birth.
Admit card for AP EdCET 2019 is required to take the state level entrance exam. The exam is conducted for B.Ed admission in the Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2019-2020.
Now, in order to download the admit card candidates must visit the official website of SKU. On the main page “Download Hall Ticket” button will be available. After clicking on the button candidates will be asked to enter AP EdCET 2019 Payment reference id. Next, the candidates will have to enter the registration number and hall ticket number of the qualifying exam.
Further candidates will have to provide their registered contact number and date of birth. Finally, click on to “Download Hall Ticket”. The admit card for AP EdCET 2019 will appear o the screen. Make sure to download your admit card.
Now, once the admit card is downloaded it must be checked for any discrepancy and then a printout of the same must be kept. The details mentioned on the admit card are candidate’s Name, Father’s and Mother’s Name, Registration Number, Gender, Category, Local Status, Exam Roll number, Exam Venue and Address, Exam Date, Photograph and Signature, Address and other contact details.
Talking about the paper, AP EdCET 2019 will be conducted in English and Telugu except for English methodology. However, candidates can also opt to write the paper in Urdu medium and will be served with Urdu paper and such candidates shall opt Kurnool as a test centre.
Further, the syllabus of the exam is as per the division of paper. The common entrance test will be objective type examination. The candidate has to answer 150 questions in two hours time. There will be 3 sections namely A-General English, B-General Knowledge and C-Methodology.
As per the marks obtained by candidates in the paper ranks will be assigned. Selection of candidates and allotment to colleges will be on the basis of rank obtained at the Common Entrance Test and other conditions laid down.
