The Andhra Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is scheduled to be held this month. Candidates enrolled in the 2nd year D.El.Ed / D.Ed program had been looking for the hall ticket for quite some time now. Four days ago, a revised time table was shared by some candidates on social media. And today, a hall ticket download link has been shared. Both of these, are not yet available on the official website.
First of all, students have come across this link – home.bseap.org/ded2ndht/ – to download AP D.Ed 2nd year hall tickets. It is known that bseap.org is the official website of the Directorate of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh. And the link that students have shared is hosted on the official website only. However the hall ticket download link is not directly given anywhere on bseap.org.
When you go to this hall ticket download link, you can select district, then institute, then name, and stream. The districts that appear are, in this order, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore, Chittoor, Kurnool, Kadapa, Anantapur. You do not even have to enter name; as soon as you select district and institute, a list of names appear in the dropdown and you simply have to select it.
Doing this generates a hall ticket which has this written on the top – D.El.Ed. II Year Examinations Sept – 2019 Andhra Pradesh Hall Ticket. It contains district name, name of candidate, father’s name, institute name, centre name, date of birth, time table, candidate photograph, roll number.
The second unverified, source unknown notice doing the rounds with regards to the AP D.Ed / D.El.Ed 2nd year exams is a revised time table. Initially the exam was supposed to start on September 23, but now it will commence on September 27. As per the notification, the exam dates of D.El.Ed 2nd year exams have been changed due to parents monitoring committee election on September 23.
As per this notification, the exam dates for paper I, II, III, IV, V, VI are respectively September 27, September 28, September 30, October 1, October 3, October 4. These dates are matching with the AP TTC hall ticket. Names of the papers are respectively education in contemporary in Indian society, integrating gender and inclusive perspectives of education, school culture leadership and teacher development, pedagogy of english at primary level classes III to V, pedagogy of EVS at primary level classes III to V, pedagogy of elementary level subject classes VI to VIII (optional) english / telugu / maths / science / social studies.
As the notices and links are not yet available on the official website, candidates are curious to know whether they are real or fake. It is difficult to call it fake, because the hall ticket link is of bseap.org only. However it is likely that the links are not yet final and official, and therefore not yet public. Someone may have found them before BSEAP could announce the official details.
Candidates are requested to verify the facts before taking any action upon these notices. It is expected that official notifications, links for revised time table and the D.El.Ed 2nd year hall ticket, will be available at bseap.org.
