CISCE ISC results have been announced today i.e 29 May 2017 at 3 pm by The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). Candidates had been curiously awaiting the results and now that it is announced, the result can be checked by visiting the official website at cisce.org and by entering course name, UID and submitting the captcha image.
This year the total pass percentage of all the candidate has stood up to 96.47 per cent. A total of 73,633 students appeared for the exam out of which 33161 girl students have cleared the exam while 37872 are boys who have cleared the exam. As compared to last year the pass percentage has gone marginally up by 1%. This year, the southern region candidates have performed better than the north region candidates.
Ananya Maiti is the topper with 99.5%. She hails from kolkata and is a student of Heritage School.
The 2nd position is shared by four students who have second 99.25 per cent. The candidates who share the 2nd position are Aayush Srivastava, Devesh Lakhotia, Rishita Dhariwal and Keerthana Srikanth.
For 3rd position as well, 5 students have shared it by scoring 99 per cent. Candidate are Anant Kothari, Deepthi S Convent, Sougata Chowdhury, and Vedanshi Gupta
