Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has released the application form for the five years integrated B.A LL.B and LL.M programme on the official website of AMU, amucontrollerexams.com. The AMU 2019 Application form for BA LLB and LLM have been released in the online mode only. Candidates need to register themselves first in order to proceed to form filling. Enrollment for the B.A LL.B course will be open until March 06, 2019; whereas, the enrollment to LL.M course is open until March 16, 2019. The AMU Law Entrance Exam 2019 is going to be conducted for B.A LL.B on May 26, 2019, and the LL.M exam will be conducted on June 11, 2019.
Online Registration
To register on the official website, click on the admission tab and later on “general admission 2019-20”. Thereafter, click on “Application Forms / Guide To Admissions” and click on “Application form“. Now the candidates can click on Register (For New User) to begin the registration process. Candidates have to select a username on their own and thereby enter the password, Email iD, and their name. After solving the maths problem, students can click on the register button to proceed and log in. (Check Image Below)
For the BA LL.B programme, students with at least 50% Marks in 10+2 or equivalent exam can apply. Whereas for the LLM programme, 55% marks in the bachelor’s degree are necessary. For the LLB course, students have to be not more than 22 years. However, for the LLM programme, there is no such age limit.
Filling AMU Law Entrance Exam 2019 Application form
In the respective application form, students have to enter personal details and education details. Candidates also have to upload their photograph, signatures, and thumb impression in their application form. Now, candidates who belong to a category will be able to select the same in the next tab. Some more documents such as the PWD certificate (If Applicable), Mark sheets/ relevant certificates have to be uploaded. Next step is the payment of the application form. The AMU Law Application form for admission to the 5 year LLB course is available at a cost of Rs 650/- and the LLM Application form is available at a price of Rs 450/-.
Aligarh Muslim Universities Faculty of law is currently running the 5 years integrated LL.B course. Alongside, the university also offers admission to the courses such as 2 years LL.M along with the diploma courses in different specializations.
The B.A LLB course offered by Aligarh Muslim University is a 10-semester programme offered at 3 locations – AMU Aligarh, AMU Center, Malappuram, AMU Center, Murshidabad with the AMU Aligarh having an intake of 120 and 60 seats each in the later 2 locations. Whereas, for the LL.M programme, there is an intake of 35 seats.
