All India Management Association (AIMA) has started the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2019 Registration for the May session. Candidates who are interested in the second session of MAT 2019 can apply for the exam at aima.in. The application forms are available until 26 April and 10 May for Paper-Based Test (PBT) and Computer-Based Test (CBT) respectively.
In order to apply for MAT 2019 May session, candidates need to complete the four steps registration process. In the first step, complete the registration form after filling essential details like candidates’ name, date of birth, email, phone number, and password. Submit the form and check the confirmation notification & login credentials by AIMA on the registered Email-Id.
In the following step, login and access the MAT 2019 Application Form. In there choose the test centre preference and the modes of examination ie PBT/ CBT or both. Next, fill personal, contact, address, qualification, and work experience details. Once all the details are successfully submitted, upload the photograph and signature in the proper format.
As per the guidelines, the photograph size should not be less than 20 Kb and more than 75 Kb. Similarly, for signature, its size should not be less than 5 Kb and greater than 50 Kb. The format of the documents should be jpg or jpeg. Finally, recheck the details and pay the application fees.
The MAT 2019 application fee is Rs 1550/- for any of the one modes. Candidates who are opting for PBT and CBT both have to pay Rs 2650/-. The payment for the exam can be done via online mode only ie credit card, debit card, or net banking. Also, keep the transactions details safe for future use.
The exam conducting body has also released the complete time table for the May session. Like the previous session, the last date to register may extend later. Even more, AIMA generally conducts PBT in two phases for which notification release in the end days of the registration process.
Once the registration process is over, AIMA will issue the MAT admit card according to the exam date. The hall tickets for each session and mode releases separately on different days. As per the current schedule, for the PBT exam on 05 May, the admit card will be published on 29 April. Whereas for the CBT exam on 18 May, the hall ticket will issue on 13 May.
Candidates who are planning for May 2019 must prepare according to the exam pattern. In the exam, there will be 200 multiple choices questions of 1 mark each. The paper is divided into four sections naming Mathematical Skills, Indian & Global Environment, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, Language Comprehension, and Intelligence & Critical Reasoning.
