The prestigious National Law University, Delhi (NLU, Delhi) recently released Application form for All India Law Entrance Test i.e AILET 2019. NLU Delhi has invited applications for admission to B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes through AILET 2019. Candidates can fill and submit their application form from until April 08, 2019.
Apply Before April 08, 2019 for AILET 2019, Know How to Apply
Candidates seeking admission in NLU Delhi must note that the last date for submission of application form is April 08, 2019. Here is how you can apply for AILET 2019 –
Visit nludelhi.ac.in > Register using Email ID and Mobile Number > Check Email for login credentials > Login on official website > Open Application locker page > Click on Apply > Fill detsils in application form > Pay the Application fee > Check Email for Acknowledgement slip.
In the recently released notice, candidates are informed about the last date to apply, eligibility, total seats, and other details for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes. The link to fill the application form is also available in the notice.

As per the notice, NLU Delhi will provide the AILET 2019 Admit Card from April 22, 2019. Candidates will be able to get their admit card through the official website of NLU Delhi only.
Know the Eligibility Criteria for BA.LLB., LL.M., and Ph.D. Programmes
50% marks in 10+2 are required to get admission in B.A. LL.B programme. 55% marks are necessary for admission to LL.M. and Ph.D. programmes. SC/ST candidates having 50% marks in the respective degrees are also eligible for admission to LL.M. and Ph.D. programmes. However, there is no such relaxation in marks for admission to B.A. LL.B programme.
Number of Seats for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. – One-Year Programme
NLU Delhi is offering 70 Seats on the basis of Merit and 10 direct admission seats for foreign nationals (5 seats for Foreign nationals and 5 seats for OCI/PIO) having 65% and above marks in the qualifying examination.
Reservation Criteria – 15% – SC, 7.5% – ST, 5% – PwD. For B.A LL.B course, 1 supernumerary seat for Kashmiri Migrants (K.M) and 2 seats for Jammu and Kashmir residents are available. Whereas, in LL.M. Programme, 01 seat is available for K.M category candidates.
Number of Seats for Ph.D.-Programme
NLU Delhi has offered 08 seats for the Ph.D. programme. There is no seat reservation for the Ph.D. programme.
AILET 2019 Exam Pattern
Exam Pattern for B.A LL.B Programme
150 MCQ Type questions of +1 marks each will be asked in AILET 2019 UG exam. Candidates will get 1 hour and 30 minutes for finishing the question paper. There is a negative Marking of 0.25 marks.
Exam Pattern for LL.M Programme
100 MCQ Type questions of +1 marks each will be asked in AILET 2019 PG exam. Candidates will get 90 Minutes for completing the question paper. There is a negative Marking of 0.25 marks.

All India Law Entrance – AILET 2019 is the own entrance test of the National Law University, Delhi. NLU Delhi does not accept CLAT or any other law entrance test scores. Thus, candidates are offered admission to B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes through AILET 2019.
AILET 2019 will be conducted at 20 exam centres – Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, and Varanasi.
