AILET 2017 Result Announced  by NLU, Dhanistha Mukesh Mittal Topped the Exam

National Law University, Delhi, has announced the result of All Indian Law Entrance Test (AILET). The result has been announced today, on May 24, 2017. It has been provided as merit list, which contains details about the details candidates called for admission first admission round.

In all 73 candidates have been selected for the first merit list, which is equal to the number of seats. Maximum number of candidates have been selected from the General Category; 50 to be specific. Apart from that, 11 SC candidates, 05 ST candidates, 02 PwD, and 01 Kashmir Migrant and 02 Residents of Jammu and Kashmir candidates have also been positions under first merit list.

As per the Merit list, the top rank has been seized by Dhanistha Mukesh Mittal, with 100 Marks. Following her in the race are Nitesh Mishra and Harshvardhan Tripathi with 99 marks each. The lowest score to be selected in General Category is 90, in SC category it is 71. While in ST and PwD Category it is 68 and 74, respectively. The lowest scorer Kashmir Migrant and Resident of Kashmir had secured 81 and 62.

Apart from the First Merit List of the Selected Candidates, NLU has also released the result Roll Number Wise. The General category, Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Person with Disability, Kashmiri Migrants, and Residents of Jammu & Kashmir category may also check it specifically check it for their category as well. The result has been released for all the candidates and can be checked from the link above.

In the merit list, the Roll Number, Name, Parents Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Marks of the candidates are mentioned. However, through the result the candidates can also check the category and qualifying status.

Girls aspirants have show fair progress this year. Not only did a female candidate left all the candidates behind and grabbed the first rank but also in total 21 female candidates have been selected. The number is less in comparison to boy but is way higher in comparison to other entrance examinations.

The AILET 2017 was held on May 07, 2017, and for now the qualified candidates are provisionally selected for admission. The final admission will be granted when the eligibility will be verified.
